سياسة الإلغاء (Cancellation Policy) - يمكن طلب إلغاء الطلب خلال 6 ساعات من الدفع أو قبل بدء تجهيز/شحن الطلب (أيهما أقرب). - بعد بدء تجهيز الطلب أو بدء الشحن، قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكناً. - في حال قبول الإلغاء قبل التجهيز/الشحن، يتم استرجاع المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة تختلف حسب البنك/بوابة الدفع.
Cancellation Policy - You may request order cancellation within 6 hours of payment or before processing/shipping (whichever comes first). - Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible. - If cancellation is approved before processing/shipping, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (timing depends on the bank/payment gateway).
